Beyonce Run The World (Girls) Debuts Discreetly On Music Charts

The charts have no mercy not even on the queen of RnB Beyonce Knowles.

The diva’s first single “Run The World (Girls)” has landed on this week’s Billboard Hot 100, but not in the position that experts/fans and haters expected it to be.

Bee’s Major Lazer-sampled “Run The World (Girls)” did not pick up the No. 1 spot as predicted but squeezed its way to the No. 33 position instead after selling only 77k downloads.

In all fairness Beyonce was not in America when the single dropped, she was busy romancing her husband Jay-Z in Paris, France, doing photo shoots and feeding hungry paparazzi with countless skimpy wardrobe changes.

Unlike Lady GaGa’s ‘Born This Way‘ and Britney Spears’ ‘Hold It Against Me’ that were able to debut at the #1 spot in the iTunes store “Run The World (Girls)” is sitting at No. 23.

But we expect a full Beyonce take over when she returns from her Parisian trip, with a mega promotional tour that include stops on radio stations, TV/magazine interviews and big budget clip that will push the record to the top.
